Mid-construction and post-construction cleaning

We clean while the job is still going, so the site stays safe and the next trade can work, and we do the detailed post-construction clean at the end, so the space is ready for the walk-through, the tenant or the buyer.

Mid-construction cleaning

Cleaning during the build: clearing leftover material, scrap and debris, sweeping and vacuuming dust, and getting a floor or a unit ready for the next trade. Book it once between phases or on a regular schedule, so the site stays clean and safe from demo to finish.

Post-construction cleaning

The detailed final pass once the trades are out: every surface, fixture and corner. Floors vacuumed and mopped, dust off ledges, sills, doors, frames and fixtures, windows, glass and mirrors cleaned, kitchens and bathrooms detailed, cabinets and drawers wiped inside, stickers and residue removed.

One company for the whole job

Most cleaning companies won't touch leftover construction material. We're a removal company too, so the debris goes out on our truck and the space gets cleaned by the same crew. Built for contractors, developers and landlords, including unit-by-unit cleans across a building.

Questions

What's the difference between mid-construction and post-construction cleaning?

Mid-construction cleaning happens while the work is still going: debris, dust and leftover material cleared between trades. Post-construction cleaning is the detailed final clean once the work is finished, before move-in or handover.

Can you clean on a schedule during the job?

Yes. Contractors book us weekly or between phases. Tell us the schedule and we'll keep the site clean.

Do you also remove leftover construction debris?

Yes. The debris goes out with us, so you don't need a second company.

Can you clean multiple units in one building?

Yes. We regularly clean unit by unit for developers and property managers.
